Each Spring, HBAV holds meetings of all HBAV standing committees, the HBAV Board of Directors, and a members luncheon featuring a keynote speaker that is open to all HBAV members. Below is the meeting schedule;

9:00 A.M. - 9:30 A.M. - Associates Committee 

9:30 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. - HBAV Education Foundation

10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.  HBAV Legislative Committee 

11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. HBAV Build PAC and HBAV Membership Committee 

Noon - 1:30 P.M.  HBAV Board Meeting and Membership Lunch with Keynote Speaker, Dr. Megan Healy - Chief Workforce Development Adviser to to Governor Northam.
